We are growing at 6.5% and we call it a slowdown. Our population is growing slower. Where is the growth going ? Why are we sad, we still get interest on keeping money in the bank and not pay for it like Mr.Honda and Mr.Fujiyama do. Greed ?
You and me are in a trap that we are building around ourselves, which we don't fall into , in which we slowly and willingly dip into. Believing what our economics professor said about free economy and the heavenly money multiplier. A multiplier which can question whether you can afford that bhindi or make do with Aaloo.

But you are happy, as long as your are able to upgrade to the new iPhone or even the next Android. Did you ever think of what happened to those for whom aata is still a ration?
Evil is Naxal, Evil is a skinny man with a gamcha on his face, because he is trying to protect a forest where he strolls around to make a peaceful living. That's his luxury. It's not his need, the forest. And you know what...it hurts the most when my car gets scratched, when my phone goes bust, not when my dal goes spoiled. Or even when the rice gets burnt. Because happiness is a hygiene and luxury cocktail, topped up with sinful luxury. What more cheap a luxury than peace and tranquility of stillness of the forest. That provides...belonging.

This guy who is speaking in this scripted interview on TV, still can't control his emotion, when he says I am an erstwhile naxal but still says this forest is OUR right, not of the Japanese and the Australian firm. He masks this behind a national right, because he has to appear non-threatening and inclusive. So he says, why should it not benefit us Indians and not then foreigners.
Think about it, don't you wanna take a holiday in the calm forest and pay for it. This guy has it for free.
But no for you, development is important because you only that. Because economic prosperity is what gives you happiness, not seeing everyone happy. Your happiness is dependent on how inspiring your success to others. Inspiration is now an envy, not moral.
So go and enjoy your development, because you deserve it.
